Automatic Reply to Comments Not Working on instagram

hi, I am trying to set up an automation from scratch

they message the word biology on the comment. I automatically reply "thanks, dm me the word biology" and then I send the message on dm "if u havent already then message me the word"

none of this is working. not even the start of the automation to reply to the comment. I disabled my other automations on that post too
