when the users (not necessarily follower) got my private message and answer, they should get an automatic reply. But this doesn’t work, although it seems to be live. Anybody has an idea.

It seams that you are using intent recognition by AI and then have an AI block (your first block).
How many people reach out to you that was suppose to trigger the automation, but that didn’t happen?
Then, go to the “live chat” tab, click on the conversation that was suppose to work and it didn’t and tell us what do you see? Any note? (something like this)
