I want to be able to see monthly and historical data on my automations performance, so I know what to optimize. I can see the total automations sent over the lifetime of the automation, i.e, 1000 sends, overall CTR 80%. It’s been live for 2 months and I’ve changed my captions, I want to see was there an uptick in CTR then? I also want to improve my CTR and test optimizations - but it seems the only way to see this would be to duplicate and make a new automations to see clean data vs. seeing a graph of performance over time.

ManyChat currently doesn’t provide historical or time-based analytics for a single automation. You only see cumulative totals. To track performance changes over time, you need to duplicate the automation when testing updates or use external tracking tools to monitor CTR trends and compare results.
