I’m trying to create an automation to collect information from the user but apparently the automation stopped working in the middle. See the screenshots below. One user reached the step “Condition #1” but then no one reached any steps after it. Neither the true step triggered nor the false one.
I thought it might be the messaging window problem, I checked the variable for this user and its value is empty. I’m not sure what this means.
How do I diagnose this problem?
