Hey guys,
I have two automations currently and both work fine for all videos except one video - so whenever someone comments the keywords under this specific video the automation does not get triggert. But for all other reels it does - did anyone have this issue yet?
I even created a flow only for this reel to see if it helps but it does not help.
Anyone can help?

Did you try to refresh your permissions?
If you didn’t, click the help button (?) → Refresh permissions.
