Hi.  My automations are firing even when the trigger words aren’t being used, and it is just picking anyone of my automations.  

  1. How can I ensure that only the trigger word fires an automation
  2. How can I ensure that the right automation is being triggered when the word is put in.

Hey ​@carol trotter what’s the trigger that you’re using?

Is it a comments trigger or simple a keyword trigger?

And are you using IG, Messenger, Whatsapp…?

Lastly, can you add a screenshot of your setup so we can take a peak and see if there’s anything wrong with it?

​@Gustavo Boregio this are the only keywords we have setup for it. I can’t screenshot the wrong trigger right now, but definitely checked it and nothing in the comment he posted should trigger this.

If everything is setup correctly and you have a false trigger, I suggest you gather evidence (screenshot and the Manychat user) and talk to support.

They’re the only ones who will be able to check and confirm for you.
