Hello, I want to create an automation where I create a chatbot for Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct. The initial triggers are configured, but I can't access the part where I choose the specific channels for the flow. In other words, it forces me to create different branches for each channel (select the Messenger message block, WhatsApp message block, etc) to create the flow. Is there no way for the flow blocks to be the same?

It is possible to do the way you’re doing, but you’re going to have some mysterious bugs in the future. 😅

My advice to you is to build the automation for one channel, and then replicate it to another one. WhatsApp channel will probably need some adjustments.
