Hi!
I’m getting this error when trying to access or edit our “Oi” automation for new followers on Instagram inside ManyChat.
This flow is responsible for sending the initial greeting message and guiding users through our welcome path, so it's important for our team to update it.
I already checked all user permissions on Meta Business Suite and followed the steps from the official help article, but nothing changed.
Our admin has full access to the Instagram account and can normally edit links, settings, and other assets on Meta, but still can’t access this specific automation inside ManyChat.
Could you help me understand what may be causing this issue and how to fix it?
