How do you keep Instagram DMs out of your "requests?"
I set up my first automation yesterday, tested it to make sure it was working and then EVERYONE who commented the keyword was NOT sent the link. They were sent to my "message requests." I had to manually “accept” the requests and then the automation still didn’t trigger.
Obviously, manually doing everything defeats the purpose of Manychat, so I’m certainly doing something wrong. Ideas?!
