This is a screenshot of my automation, I am using a FREE Version, and I am trying to figure out why my automation is not working. It says Live, but when I try to test it using a different account, the trigger is not working, the flow is not working. I am using more than 10 images.. The activate 14-day free trial always pops out. If I use a PRO Feature,I dont see it on Pricing plan. Is the ACTION a PRO Feature? Pls help… 3 keywords are active. Refresh permissions, multiple times I tried.

The action block is a feature available in the free plan, so this isn't the issue. One of the limitations of the free plan is keyword triggers; there is a maximum limit of 3. Since you already have exactly 3 triggers, this also isn't causing the problem. Additionally, I tested sending 12 images from my account, and Messenger successfully delivered them, so this isn't the problem either.
Are you using Facebook comment triggers? If yes, I suggest reading the entire ManyChat help article linked below, as there are different types of posts, and depending on where users comment, the flow may or may not activate.

If you're using direct message triggers, I recommend conducting a test with a simple flow. Remove one existing trigger (to avoid exceeding the limit) and create a simple test flow from scratch with just one trigger and a basic message block. This will help identify whether the issue lies with triggers that aren't activating or within the flow itself.
