Hi

I have set up a ManyChat automation for Instagram that if a person comments on any post, reel or story that they will receive a message and a link to a downloadable.

The automation is working on some posts but not the main post that has the call to action for my followers.

I have set up the automation again for that specific post and it is still not working.

I have refreshed permissions but don’t think that is the issue as the automation is working on other posts just not the specific post I would like it to work for.

 

The exact same thing is happening to me and there is nowhere to report it or get help. Status is up, and the automation is no different than the many others I have set up before! So frustrating! Refreshed permissions, and tried deleting and making a new one and nothing is working!

I have the same. I deleted the post and added it again. I did it 3 times. It doesn't work. I added a completely different post. The automation works on both the new and old ones, it only doesn't work on one, even if I delete it and publish it again

That's strange. This ManyChat help article lists a few other factors that can cause issues with automations on Instagram. I suggest taking a look at those as well. At the bottom of the page, there's a link to contact support in case you're unable to get it working:
