Automation is not working till the end

I have the problem that my automations don't work as they should. The first message is always sent, and then the automatic comment reply also works, but when the user clicks on "Send me the link," nothing happens. They cannot get my free guide. The weird thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't do anything, but the full workflow works only two out of like 35 times. What can I do? So the first step always works, then it stops
