I set up an automation, when a user sends a direct message, they get a funnel and it doesn't work

The first step is to determine whether the issue is related to a specific automation or if no automation is working at all.

You can create a new test flow with a common keyword and send that keyword from a different account to test. If the flow starts, it means that automations are working on your account, and the issue is likely with that specific flow. In this case, check whether the keywords sent by users match exactly with the trigger you saved. A good practice is to add variations of the keyword with minor spelling mistakes, anticipating that users might type them incorrectly and still trigger the flow.

You can also try creating a new flow from scratch to test.
