Automation is triggering on any word or phrase despite applying keywords

Hi Team, 

I’m using following triggers with keywords ‘LOCUM’, ‘LOCUMS’ ‘FREEDOM’, but my automation gets triggered with literally any word or phrase. (see second screenshot)

Hey ​@Ali.CH most likely you have something setup wrong… Maybe another trigger, or another flow, or something else setup that you're not seeing.
