I keep having an issue that I can’t seem to figure out why it is happening.  I set up the entire automation for a keyword to Instagram, and it tests correctly when doing the preview through Instagram.  But when I attempt to make it go live, an error message pops up that says:  “Mark this message as “comment reply” if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.”  I did that when I clicked the “Start from Scratch” area.  What am I missing?  I’m new to this, and I am sure it is a simple fix, right?

I figured it was simple.  It took me long enough to discover it, but not one support topic gave the simple answer to click to find it under the 24 hour response tab.  The simplest explanations could save so much time.
