Hi, recently I just started use free plan to test. It seems the automation is not consistent, at first I tested all are okay. Then after I published it, next day I try send the keywords, the automation is not happening. Is there anyone else has same situation as me?

Automation not consistent in fucntioning
This is my setup. It only happen for user comment on post. When user comment on post, no message is received via DM. But for another one, when user sends a message, the automation is okay.

Sometimes, at the second try, Meta doesn’t let the automation start because it's the same account.
Can you try to comment the keyword with another account?
