I'd appreciate it if anyone can help identify what the issue is.
I've already set up my account correctly and configured my Welcome Message automation. However, the automation wouldn’t trigger when someone clicks the "Get Started" button on my Facebook Page.
Has anyone encountered this before or knows what I might be missing?
I get this from time to time. Even tho everything is setup properly.
What I have done is refresh the Manychat’s permission and I have the bot flow to be marked open so that when this happens, I reply manually and ask the sub how I can help them (I do this because I have several QR flows). Once I know what the subscriber wants, I manually send them the correct bot flow
I think this is a Facebook glitch
