Hi everyone, I’ve encountered an issue and would like to ask for your help.
(I’ve attached a screenshot below for reference.)

Problem:
When a user sends a direct message, the automation does not get triggered.

What I’ve already set up:

• The keyword trigger is properly configured.

• The keyword is connected to an automation flow.

• But when a user types the keyword in a private message, nothing happens—no flow is triggered.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
Is there something I might be missing, such as user status or flow conflicts?
