not sure what you need to see, but this screen shot shows the triggers words etc, EG, trigger word 6 does not trigger the automation, but the set up is the same for all the other words that work

Ok, here are some things I can see from the image that could be wrong…

1. The Facebook automation has changes that aren’t published - the orange dot besides the flow name indicates that. Could it be that you made changes and they didn’t get published?
2. I see the keyword ‘6’ (if the person sends a message), but I don’t see it as a comment reply since it’s cut off. Is it properly configured and published?

I suggest you double check the settings and make sure all changes have been published and are correct.

Then, try with another FB profile and commenting on another post (to make sure it’s not related to a specific profile, but a general issue).

One more thing, the comments automation only triggers once per person - so if you’re running multiple tests it’s likely it won’t trigger. I suggest you try with another account to test and make sure.
