I have an automation set up so that when someone comments with a keyword, a link is sent to them, and there should also be a reply to the comment. The links are being sent, but there are no longer replies to the comments. I that been working properly un until now.
Edited to add that there is only one post this is not working on. The others are functioning properly, and it initially started out working just fine on this post.

Automation not responding to comments
Since the DMs are still going out, the automation is firing fine. The public reply is a separate call to Instagram, so it can fail on its own while the DM keeps working.
Two things to check on that post:
1. Look at it from another account, or logged out. Instagram hides filtered replies from everyone except the account that posted them, so from your side the reply can look like it was never sent when it's actually there and hidden.
2. If you're sending the same reply text over and over on one post, Instagram's duplicate filter tends to start dropping it once the volume adds up. That matches what you're seeing, it worked at first on this post and then stopped while the DMs carried on. Adding several variations of the reply text is what usually brings it back.
The fact that it's only this one post points the same way. It's the post that got the volume, not the automation.
It started working again later in the day.
