I'm having an issue where my automation message doesn’t send when the flow is live. I tested it (in live mode) using myself as the contact, and it worked—but when triggered for actual users, nothing gets delivered. Any idea what could be causing this?

Hey @bumblebee most likely you’re trying to send the message after the 24 hours window has passed.

I just have a follow-up question: what if I was trying to send the message after the 30-day window has passed, and it didn't go through, would the issue still be the same (no two-way engagement within the time window), or does a different rule apply in that case?
