I just have a follow-up question: what if I was trying to send the message after the 30-day window has passed, and it didn't go through, would the issue still be the same (no two-way engagement within the time window), or does a different rule apply in that case?

​@bumblebee it’s 24 hours, not 30 days ;)

And any message after 24 hours (including over 30 days) will fall under the same rule. The only way to do it is manually.
