Hi everyone,
we're working with WhatsApp in coexistence mode, and we're running into an issue where automations don’t stop when a user sends a message.
The problem seems to be that the user is sending a message from WhatsApp Business, not from the Live Chat window—so ManyChat doesn’t detect it as user activity that should pause the automation.
Is there any automatic solution or recommended setup that will stop/pause the automation as soon as the user replies from WhatsApp Business?
Any insights or workarounds would be appreciated!
