I have this automation set up from a while ago. Keyword is fine, didn’t change it. Refreshed permissions. All of a sudden prospects have not been getting this.

Have you tried to recreate this automation from scratch? Manychat launches updates from time to time, and it could break some old automations.
If that doesn't work, I'd suggest opening a ticket to Manychat's Support Team: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help
You could also try to remove and add your Instagram channel from your Manychat Account. But this will delete all your Manychat contacts that came from your IG… so, if losing your contacts isn't an issue, you could do it before getting in contact with the support team.
