Hi All!
set up an automation so that when someone comments a specific trigger word on my reel, they automatically receive an initial DM. That part works perfectly.
However, I’m having issues with the second step in the flow. When someone selects “Send me the link,” the system doesn’t send anything. I’ve noticed that I have to manually click “Send me the link” in our DMs for it to sometimes trigger the message.
I also realized my Instagram inbox is separated into Primary, Requests, and General, and this issue seems to happen with the DMs that land in my General inbox.
Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
