automation not working, not responding to comments and DM

i have the free account manychat.

 

I have been setting up automation for a few posts but noticed, I had someone commented using keyword and no automation was triggered. My IG didn't notiify me either, in the activity page, that someone comments on ny reels either ( I just reported that to Instagram directly) idk if that has anything to do with manychat not being triggered in my reels. 

I check to see if the automation is live, and it does in fact have it in red box on top left saying “LIVE” . even showing all my automations in list view, they all say LIVE in red. 

 

I don't even know where to find the flow part where it shows arrows , based off of what I seen in the past questions, so IDK if that is a hidden issue either .

This seems like a connection problem between Meta and Manychat.

I followed steps, I had hope but now I am at a halt. I' stopped at this step bc I had to go through link and use Google AI to figure out why my page doesn't have the Instagram and messenger conversation routing link. 

 

essentially, while going through the many hoops and Google chat AI and hyperlinks through manychat, this is where I am led, to connect meta to my IG automation. But I am not able to got ometa suite settings, for automation bc it keeps telling me I have no access to the account.

I see a business portfolio and its my business name but for some reason, I forgot about the source of my account ?

 

 

 

 

on my meta suite, I cannot access the setting bc it says I need permission . I'm looking on my stripe account bc thats where I last remembered using my focus reset business name, but everytime I ask Google, it wrties out a link that is connected to Facebook business. which, when I click on it, it takes me to meta business suite. but still, keeps popping up the above photo when I try and click settings. 

 

I am genuinely lost ): 

 

I saw on my meta business notification, 

 

I genuinely cannot recall how do I access my focus reset account. idk where this account is and what it is? is it my stripe account> Facebook account? or Instagram account? 

 

please help! thank you to the person who helps me in this rabbit hole!

      nrvermind for above confusion, I figured it out.

      I was logged in meta business suite through Instagram accounts not Facebook account. thank you guys anyways
