I have had same issue for 3 days  now.  Does anyone from manychat respond to these issue?

I am also having the same issue! It sends the first line “Hi friend!” but the rest of the message doesn’t send...just the button. I’ve tried deleting the message and rewriting it but it still doesn’t work. I’m not sure how to fix it.

@Raquel C can we get an update on this? It’s been over a week and it’s still not working correctly. I’m having a hard time paying for a service that’s not working as expected with no update as to why or when it will be fixed.
