Hello Everyone I want to pause my automations, After a customer sends me Match Keyword (like Hello, Hi, Menu) He/She will get one Automation in a day. Next day when He/She Sends me Match Keyword (like Hello, Hi, Menu) get automation again. I think my Pause Duration no working(I put it 24hr).
