Greetings, community!

We use Pro account with 3 seats in Live Chat. The default Automation pause during Conversations (APDC) in live-chat is 30 minutes. We have configured APDC for 10 hours, but the timer fails constantly. When I reply (as the ManyChat account owner),  the automations pause for 10 hours as they should. But when two other live-chat agents reply, the automations pause for the default 30 minutes, no matter what's the APDC configuration. Is it possible that every live chat agent needs to configure APDC for himself manually? Or is there maybe some overruling, that triggers a default 30-minute APDC instead of configured 10-hour APDC?
