Is this standard when TESTING (PREVIEW) of the Automation for the First name I entered while running this test Does not show ?

Hey,
Yes, this is perfectly normal 
However, you can preview your automations on your selected channel.
Choose the preview mode “In Instagram” and then click the button “Preview”
Then, this pop up will appear:
You’ll need to use a different IG account to test it this way.
Just send the number that shows on the pop-up and your automation will start.
