Automation replies on comment but doesn't send dm

Now replys on comments also don't work with unsubscribed people. I'm loosing so many possible followers while my reel is viral... And support doesn't answer me. 

And now I can't answer comments manually! What the hell! 😭

Hi ​@Iuliia Bushueva , sorry you’re having issues with you DM on IG! Here are some reasons why you might be experiencing this issue:

• New users/unsubscribe users need to interact with your message (like comment your post) to open the 24-hour messaging window and get added to your contact list. Without this, Instagram won’t deliver DMs.
• Make sure your first message node in your flow is marked as a “Comment Reply” and includes buttons or quick replies to encourage interaction. Without this the 24 hrs window wont open.
• Also try to Refresh your Instagram permissions in Manychat via Help → Refresh Permissions. Here is a guide on how to do it https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281316989724-Instagram-Post-and-Reel-Comments-Trigger
• Take into account that tdhe automation only fires for the first comment per user, and Meta may flag you as spam if replies are too repetitive. Vary your wording and avoid very short replies or just emojis .

If you’ve tried these and it’s still not working, double-check your account type and message access settings in Instagram.

Everything is tried. My account were temporary blocked today for sending links. Automation doesn't work at all now. It doesn't reply on comments and doesn't send opening dm with a button. Why? It worked before, what happened?

Hi ​@Iuliia Bushueva , in that case contact Manychat support to see if they can help you. However if it is a Meta blocking I think you have to contact Meta directly.

Hi I have logged in through facebook and then I wanted to connect instagram account @ca.vaibhavjain with manychat. But When I click on connect to instagram and then input my username and credentials after that it shows me ERROR 500. I have also attached the screenshot below . Can anyone help me to resolve this issue. I also want to tell you guys that my instagram account was suspended recently and I have regained access to my account recently and everything is working fine inside instagram my reach is normal and my page status is also active and able to moentise (means all ticked green). Before suspension I used many chat automation a lot and there was no problem in using this but afterwards it is showing the issue. Please help ​@Manychat Community ​@Raquel C ​@cata_rendon . I have around 252K followers on instagram @ca.vaibhavjain. I dont know why i am not able to connnect my instagram page.
