I have set this up a couple of times and each time nothing happens. It is set up for all posts and a trigger word, with an automatic sending of data to mailerlite, I am testing it and nothing happens, no instant reply to comment or message in the DM.
If the post with the keyword is already live will it not work with a new automation? So you have to create the automation and then the post?

Also, when testing, take into account Instagram comment automations only trigger once per user per post. If the same user commented again, the automation would not fire a second time.

Hi I fixed it, by creating a new post and then it worked. One other thing though I don’t seem to have any support on my account even though I’m on the free pro trial
