Can you refresh your permissions on Manychat and Meta?

If after that it doesn’t work, please share with us a screenshot of your automation.

Most likely, this is just a testing issue.

On Instagram comment automations, if you comment from the same account again on the same post, the automation may not fire again. So testing with your own account on your pinned post often makes it look broken.

Try this:

1. Test with a different Instagram account
2. Use a new comment with the right keyword
3. Make sure the automation is Live
4. In ManyChat, click Refresh Permissions
5. In Instagram, make sure Allow access to messages is turned on

So the short answer is:
it may not be broken you may just be re-testing on the same post/account.
Test with another account first.

​@Olawale Onasanya - try with another post. If you have created the comment to dm flow, allow the flow to trigger on any post and put a test keyword (test123) and then try to comment on your any other post to check it. Please use another IG account to comment on your post.
