Hey Aleena, sorry you're dealing with this. This is actually a known issue with ManyChat where the billing system and the account status get out of sync. You're paying for Pro but their system is treating you as Free, which kills all Pro-only automations.
A few things to try:
1. Go to Settings > Billing and make sure the card on file is valid and the latest charge actually went through (sometimes the renewal fails even if the first payment worked)
2. Log out completely, clear your browser cache, and log back in. Try an incognito window too. Sometimes the session gets stuck showing the wrong plan
3. Try disconnecting your Facebook page and reconnecting it. This can force ManyChat to re-sync your subscription status
4. If none of that works, go to the in-app chat and type "billing issue" or "talk to a human" until it escalates past the bot. Pro subscribers are supposed to get priority support. You can also email support@manychat.com with your invoice attached as proof of payment
If the bot keeps looping you, try saying "cancel my subscription" in the chat. That usually gets escalated to a real person faster. You don't actually have to cancel, but it gets you past the bot.
