I had a simple dm automation set up and it stopped working the other day. When I test it, it works. But it isn’t triggering. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and even creating the same automation with the same keyword. I can’t get it to work.

+3Hi @Earthen Escapes sorry to hear that, probably it might be related to the keyword — sometimes using the same one in multiple automations causes conflicts. You could try changing it slightly and then re-publishing the flow to test again.
If you’d like, you can also share a screenshot of your flow with the trigger settings — that’ll make it easier to see what’s going on.
