automation to DM new followers isn't saving

Can you share a screenshot of the error?

You can see at the bottom the black bar says something went wrong but no way to rectify

Have you tried to delete and re-install the app on your mobile ​@the_acoa_coach?

Just done that and now getting this message. It goes to “granting permissions” but when it does is shows another active profile of mine not the one I want to DM new followers with 

Are you enable to switch to the account that you want to activate this automation? 

No there is no way of switching. I have tried to deactivate the other account as well and the password I know I use for insta doesn’t work. I’ve tried reaching out to insta but can’t.
