Hi there, I’ve set up an Instagram automation that triggers when someone uses the word “etch.” The automation sends them a message with a button linking to a course purchase page.

Lately, we’ve noticed that people who comment with the word “technique” are also triggering this automation, even though “technique” is not listed as one of the trigger keywords. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

We’ve had some people who are very confused because they’re a sent link to purchase a course that is not related to the IG post they commented on.

Has anyone experienced something similar or know why this might be happening? Would really appreciate any help—thanks in advance!
