I recently subscribed to the Pro plan ($15/month), but I noticed that my latest invoice was over $60. I understand that the price may vary based on the number of contacts, but I would like some clarification on how this is calculated.
- Which contacts are counted in the billing?
- Is it based on followers, clicks, or the number of automation messages sent?
- How exactly is the cost determined as contacts increase?
Also, I have another question regarding automations. According to the plan description, automations should work on Facebook and TikTok, in addition to Instagram. However, in my case, the automation only seems to function on Instagram. Could you please let me know how to properly activate or connect automations for Facebook and TikTok?
