I notice when I set up dm automation for comments on the next post they won’t send dm. Even after confirmation it works I have no way to mass or auto dm all the people that requested links in the comments.

The automation for the next post should trigger direct messages the same way it does when linked to a specific post.
If you've already confirmed that your flow and keywords are correctly set up, I recommend updating your Instagram permissions (go to Settings, click on the Instagram channel, and select "Update permissions").
