@Faith @jelenag this isn’t working for me either! I got everything set up on Saturday and Automated DM’s with my keyword are still not working. I’ve tried everything and it all looks like it’s set up correctly so at this point i’m thinking it’s system error. Urgh so frustrating. I’m going to submit a ticket somehow...

nvm figured it out i had commas in between each keyword instead of clicking enter for each one.
