Hey everyone,

I have set up a lead generation automation where people can comment a certain keyword and the automation would DM them a message.

This was working fine until last week, but since then people who comment the keyword are not receiving the DM or the reply in the comments.

i remade the automation jus to be sure, but found that the automation is only being triggered whenever a new account is commenting the keyword.

I want my existing followers to receive the DM as well.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
