Well, I'm using Manychat Pro for Instagram for a while now. Two days ago my connection was interrupted, so I re-linked my Facebook page. Since then, Manychat has been scanning all messages from automations twice. When someone comments, the first message appears, e.g. with a button. After drinking this taste, I try all the second ones. It doesn't matter if the automation is old or a new one is created. I find this quite inconvenient for my customers... I've already reconnected the Instagram account several times and it can't be fixed.

Does anyone have any ideas?
