I'm trying to avoid misfires in ManyChat and make sure people only get DMs they actually asked for. Any best practices for keeping automations clean and preventing random triggers?
Also, if anyone offers audits or consulting for this, I'd love a recommendation. Thanks!

For example an ‘All comments’ trigger would probably fire when you don’t intend it to.
Next, you can always improve your copy and ask for permission!
Your first message can be a simple confirmation that ‘they want to get xyz’ and continue. If they don’t click, they don’t follow through ;)
Getting more advanced, there are a bunch of ways you can use tags, fields and conditions to make sure your audience has a personalized experience!
