    Hi everyone,

    I’m hoping someone here has experienced this before.

    My Instagram Comment Automation is not working at all.

    • My Instagram account is connected correctly.
    • All permissions are enabled.
    • The automation is LIVE.
    • It’s set up for a specific Reel and triggers on any comment.
    • I tested it using a completely different Instagram account that had never commented on that Reel before.

    When the user comments “Info”:

    • No public reply is posted.
    • No DM is sent.
    • The automation doesn’t trigger at all.

    I’ve already:

    • Reconnected Instagram.
    • Refreshed permissions several times.
    • Verified my Meta Business settings.
    • Confirmed the account is connected correctly.

    Has anyone had this exact issue? If so, how did you fix it?

    I’d really appreciate any advice. Thank you!
