Back up WhatsApp messages

Since we need to delete WhatsApp business account on mobile phone. Then we can back up existing conversation to manychat account?

      Did you found any way to do a backup from all whatsapp messages from Manychat?

      Hi, @Jian Chau / @Felipelocatelli!

       

      Unfortunately, there's no way to “transfer” existing messages between classic WhatsApp Business App and WABA (WhatsApp Business Account).

       

      You can backup WhatsApp Business in an APP via Google Drive and transfer it to another account (before binding it to a WABA).

      Once you bind an existing number to a WABA, you'll lose all previous data.

      Thanks @fgaulke but we have WABA we started using many chat for 2 months and I want to do a backup of all our messages we are going to migrate this number to another tool and I need this message’s history there. We are still going to use Manychat with other numbers.

      Do you know whether the WhatsApp chat history would stay in ManyChat if I decided to remove the WhatsApp number from ManyChat?
