I have refreshed my permissions several times. No DMs and more importantly replies to the comments on my post are being made. I have followed the guides. I have tried to reach out to support n the chat and never get passed to a human. I pay for pro and feel the support is terrible. Any one have any similar issues and was able to solve it.
Basic automations not working anymore.

It has some parts that you can check on Meta's side… Sometimes I have some issues with accounts and that can do the trick.
