Basically my old contacts from messenger that did not opt in are basically useless?

As we know previously, Manychat allow use to broadcast to all our messenger contacts, but after the depreciates of Tags. Does it mean all my 20K+ contacts are basically useless now?

    ​@Ted if you don’t have any other contact information for these people and all you were doing was to send broadcasts, then yes, you won’t be able to contact them anymore.

    That’s why it’s always a good idea to have a multi-channel approach and not put all eggs in a single basket...
