Hi! We created a chatbot about a couple of years ago, when there was a free subscription if you pay with a Ukrainian card. Then, a year later, it was extended again. Is there now an opportunity to extend the tariff from the card of Ukraine for free, or is this service no longer available?

Hi ​@VeronicaForBFC yes, it’s available! The Ukrainian Relief Program has been extended until January 31, 2026 - so this will be automatically renewed :)

    Hello!

    I wanted to ask if it would be possible to review my subscription plan. I’m from Ukraine and I know that ManyChat offers a special plan for Ukrainian users, but for some reason I don’t see this option available in my account.

    Could you please check if my account can be switched to this plan?
