I am writing to express my concern regarding the inconsistent billing between my two accounts.
On my first account, I pay $15 and have full WhatsApp integration. However, on my second account, I am being charged $39, to have whats app intergration. When I try to select a $17 subscription for the second account, it does not allow me to include WhatsApp. This is significantly over my budget; why am I unable to access the $17 tier with WhatsApp on this second account yet on another account of $15 i am having access to whatsapp?
