My ManyChat workspace is currently showing the subscription status as EXPIRED, and I am unable to reactivate Marketing Automation only, displayed in my account as R$ 149/month.
This same issue happened previously, on January 21, 2026. At that time, the payment/renewal flow would not complete correctly, even though the issue was not related to card limit or a bank authorization block.
The issue was resolved only after the existing stuck/expired subscription was cancelled or reset by ManyChat support. Once that reset was done, I was able to renew successfully through:
Settings → Billing → Subscriptions → Marketing Automation → Renew Subscription
I am now experiencing the same situation again:

I do not want to add Inbox or ManyChat AI

My existing automations should remain preserved, according to the in-app Support Assistant

The bank/card is not the issue in this case
Could a ManyChat team member or moderator please help me reach the appropriate billing support channel to request the same procedure again: reset/cancel the stuck subscription state so I can renew Marketing Automation only?
