Bitrix24 integration

Hi! I use Bitrix24 CRM, which is already connected to my Instagram and Facebook accounts.

I would like to use Manychat to collect customer information through Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger and automatically fill in custom fields in my existing Bitrix24 deals

How can I set up this integration between Manychat and Bitrix24 so that the collected information is automatically saved in the correct existing deal, without creating duplicate deals?

Could you please provide step-by-step instructions?

    Short answer: there’s no reliable way to connect 2 apps (Bitrix and Manychat) to your IG/Facebook accounts. Meta doesn’t play well with 2 apps connected.

    If you’d like to use Manychat to collect info and then push that data to Bitrix, and use Bitrix as the CRM, what I suggest is that you use Manychat for chat automation, and Bitrix as the CRM (Bitrix would be disconnected from IG/Facebook).

    You can push info from Manychat to Bitrix using Make, Zapier or a direct integration through the API.

    This is the only reliable way I found to use 2 tools together and make use of the best of each…
